Trinity Hill is a leading Hawke’s Bay vineyard with quite a reputation for innovation and experimentation.  Under the watchful eye of John Hancock, this vineyard has gone from strength to strength and now produces a selection of wines that are suitable for a wide range of palettes.  Some of their more experimental wines are Tempranillo, and now they are assessing Touriga  Nacional (a grape variety more typically associated with Port).  One of Trinity Hills main wines is it Syrah with its leading label being Homage – a wine worthy of being in any ones collection.  If travelling through the Hawke’s Bay – a stop at Trinity Hill is a must.
