I have just tried this wine again, and it was very bit as good as sampled last time, more complex and the earthy characters had deepened. We had it with "twice  cooked pork belly, Irish cabbage and marinated beetroot. The wine food combination was perfect. What a way to celebrate Easter 2014. Posted 25/04/2014.
