Q. How many wines do I need to have to start a custom cellar?
A. Wine to Cellar will cellar or store any number of wines for you (from 1 to many).
Q. How much does it cost to cellar wine at Wine to Cellar?
A. Our prices for cellaring are provided on our Custom Cellaring page. If you are cellaring less than 12 bottles of wine we will be happy to provide you with a quote. Our standard price is NZ $40 (exclusive GST) per case per year - which is less than 1 cent per bottle per day.
Q. How do I get my wines out of Wine to Cellar?
A. The Cellarmaster is the only person with entry to the cellar room - so to get wines out either send us an email or call us with your order and we will arrange to either have it delivered (additionl fees will apply), be available for pick up, or deliver it ourselves if you live within the Rotoura City area (a small additional fee will apply for delivery).
Q. Can I drop wines off at Wine to Cellar?
A. Our facility is open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm weekdays - so wines can be dropped off. There is the odd occasion when we may not be at the cellar - so it is preferable to give us a call and check that we will be there and available.
Q. Can I pick up my wines from Wine to Cellar?
A. Yes, you are very welcome to pick up your wines from Wine to Cellar, but it is perferable to confirm that the Cellarmaster is available before calling and provide an order - that way the wines can be ready for pickup when you arrive - otherwise there may be a short wait.
Q. Are my wines insured while they are stored at Wine to Cellar.
A. When you contact us we will discuss insurance options with you.
